A person who takes up residence in another province or territory is an out-migrant with reference to the province or territory of origin and an in-migrant with reference to the province or territory of destination. Labour Force Refers to persons who were either employed or unemployed. Sometimes referred to as “total labour force.” Labour Force Activity Refers to the labour market activity of the population 15 years and over.
